Infused Cinnamon Honey Baked Pears
Thanksgiving is one of those events that can get a little, well, stressful. Today we are sharing a dessert recipe that will hopefully make the all day kitchen prep a bit easier for you. Our favorite way to enjoy the chilly evenings is with last golden harvest of fall fruit that is baked, dusted with our classic sweet spice, and served with a creamy coconut topping!

These warm, candied pears are baked to perfection, stuffed with coconut yogurt, and finished with a crispy cinnamon infused granola. They scream fall, and will satisfy your health conscious dinner guests sweet tooth!

- 4 pears, halved
- 2 tablespoons coconut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 serving Cinnamon Honey Spice
- 2 tablespoon coconut butter
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sliced walnuts
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon (full fat) coconut milk
- 1 serving of Raw Full Spectrum
- 1 serving Cinnamon Honey Spice
- 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
- Whipped coconut milk, for finishing
- Prepare the pears: preheat the oven to 415 F. Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop the seeds out from the center of each pear half. Transfer the pears to a parchment-linked baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over medium heat. Once the oil is melted, stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Generously brush the pears all over with the maple syrup mixture. Then, turn the pears so the cut side are facing down.
- Bake until pears are tender, this will take about 15-25 minutes
- Begin making the topping: while the pears bake, melt the coconut butter in a small pot over medium heat. Add the oats and almonds, and stir until they smell slightly toasty, about 5 minutes. Stir in the maple syrup and coconut milk, and cook until the mixture thickens slightly, about another 5 minutes. Stir in the Cinnamon Honey Spice and salt. Transfer to a bowl and let cook.
- Serve the pears warm, topped with whipped cream and the crumble topping.
