As the United States moves away from the criminalization of cannabis, giving rise to a major new industry, there remains the fundamental injustice inflicted upon those who have suffered criminal convictions and the consequence of those convictions.
With your support, we’re partnering with the Last Prisoner Project to aid their work to release every cannabis prisoner from unjust incarceration and to rebuild their lives through reentry programs. Until former prisoners have their record cleared, they are not free to gain employment and housing due to the restrictive state and federal laws.
So, without change, there will not be justice. But together, we believe that change is coming.
