Cinnamon Cashew CBD latte, anyone?

Hey Cured fam!!

Olive here comin’ at ya with one of my absolute favorite CBD recipes i’ve ever made. I think the best part about this recipe is that it includes my favorite thing in the world… COFFEE!!

Here’s the thing about coffee, while i love it more than my own life, it tends to trigger my anxiety. As someone who suffers from constant, daily anxiety, i have to be SUPER careful of my caffeine consumption. too much caffeine sends me running on a hamster wheel, yet too little gives me a headache and makes me feel unmotivated at life. i absolutely adore the ritual of my morning coffee, so i’m not about to give it up!!

when i started taking CBD in the mornings, i realized that the combination of CBD + caffeine in my body gave me this super nice balancing effect. the CBD, in my own opinion, allowed the caffeine to act as a source of mind energy without the weird, uncomfortable body energy (i.e. the shakes). because i am a ~living aesthetic~ i knew there had to be a way to combine the two things to create one gorgeous looking latte

AND HERE SHE IS.

this is the cleanest latte you can make because not only is it using organic coffee + organic @curednutrition full spectrum hemp oil, the milk is also homemade with really great ingredients. it’s always been so important for me to start my day off on the right note, and since drinking CBD latte’s in the morning, i can confidently say i’m a nicer, better, and less anxious human being.

~ if you really wanna get crazy, try adding one serving size of Rise capsules to the mix! you’ll feel like a freaking superstar!!

RECIPE:

Coffee:
1 cup freshly brewed organic coffee, or coffee of choice
2 full droppers of @curednutrition full spectrum hemp oil (2000mg)

Milk:
1C organic cashews, soak overnight (optional)
4C cold filtered water
2 pitted dates
1/4 tsp organic vanilla
A few shakes of cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high. straining the milk is optional. pour into a glass and refrigerate. for this recipe, the milk is added to a frother and frothed on the “heat” setting for about 30 seconds.

Making the latte is SIMPLE. After your coffee is brewed, pour it into your mug. Add your full spectrum hemp oil to the coffee and mix. Add milk to desired taste. ENJOY!
