    Steady Mental Energy

    Good to take before heavy mental task such as filing taxes. It isn't a game changer, but I did notice that I was able to get really annoying task such as dying your hair done more smoothly. I have been giving it to my son , who has ADHD who is a high school junior for extra mental focus. He will take only one in the morning because he hates relying on any supplements.
