FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

Cured is looking for a production and fulfillment assistant for part time employment at our office in Lakewood. This role is directly responsible for product presentation for E-commerce orders. We work hard and have a good time doing it. Min 20 hr/week.

Responsibilities

Fulfillment
– Sends orders out care so they are protected and arrive in pristine and presentable condition for our customers
– Ensures all orders that were placed before 12:00pm are sent out same day
Prep Inventory
– Prepares inventory on a continuous basis to ensure no delays in daily fulfillment processing
Facility
– Keeps production area clean and organized
– Break down cardboard boxes and takes trash outside
– Maintains a clean and organized work area
Inventory
– Takes weekly and monthly inventory, ensures accuracy
Miscellaneous
– Must be versatile to do whatever comes up

Metrics

Accuracy on orders
– We expect minimal mistakes with wrong items, missing items, incorrectly packaged items
– Mark packing slips with tally for each item as well as employee’s initials
Inventory accuracy
– Ensures accurate count when taking inventory
– This can be tracked on the monthly reconciliation to see if our inventory numbers are where they should be
Facility cleanliness
– Guests should be able to come in at any time and it should be clean and organized

Relevant Experience

– High School diploma required
– E-commerce fulfillment experience a huge plus
– Restaurant experience/back of house also a plus
