Homemade Chocolate Waffles!
Chocolate waffles and pancakes. Aromas of something homemade baking on a weekend morning are irreplaceable. Breakfast is our favorite time to use the Cured Nutrition CBD infused Peanut Butter Chocolate Spice. Not only do we sprinkle it over homemade pancakes but we also throw it into our AM fruit & almond milk smoothies.
Use this simple batter recipe below for homemade waffles OR pancakes. Goodbye boxed pancake mix, forever!
Serving Size: 6-8 pancakes/waffles
- 1 C milk or buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1Tbsp melted butter
Mix batter together in the order listed above. Pour into a pan for pancakes or your waffle maker. For pancakes, you’ll know when to flip once you begin to see bubbles come through the center.
Cured Nutrition Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread:
- 2 Tbsp unsalted (melted) butter
- 2 Tbsp Cured Nutrition Organic Peanut Butter Chocolate
Mix together Cured Nutrition’s organic Peanut Butter Chocolate & unsalted margarine or butter. Place mixture in freezer for 10 minutes to harden into a homemade butter spread. Most pancake box batter contains sugar. We’re adding our sugar from our chocolate butter spread above! Add this to oatmeal, toast or any of your favorite desserts!
